A comprehensive Brand Refresh that encompasses a full suite of services in Web Design, UI / UX Design, Web Accessibility, Brand Development Strategy, Marketing Strategy, Print and Digital Strategy.
User Experience is the main focus of the Brand Refresh. The team agreed to a user-experience-first approach and so we reverse-engineered the website as our starting point. I worked closely with the founders to gain relevant information about their User Stories. The goal was to better understand the customer journey of the business and to do this, we needed to pinpoint and address key weaknesses, identify pain points, and further improve on their strengths.
By leveraging the power of colour theory, I created a personalized colour palette that will be used in UI / UX design and interactive design. The colours used play a big role in influencing customer's decision making and to guide them towards the best possible outcome in their customer journey.
